From the first contact until the work was done, the two men I interacted with were excellent. Felix was extremely professional and honest when he set up the appointment and helped with the English-to-Spanish translations between myself (English speaker) and Juan-Carlos (Spanish speaker). And Juan-Carlos, the actual repair man who did the repair, was also great. He went the extra mile to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who needs repair work done.
